My dad loved God and country, he loved his mother and sisters, he loved his wife and children, grand children and great grand children, all his nieces and nephews, and was so very proud of each one of us. Dad wished the best for us,always, but in the end his memory failed, and he couldn't remember anyone. But we know who he is! Thank you all for your love and prayers and support in this very difficult time.

Very sorry on the loss of your Grandfather, Emil. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Uncle Emil was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all. He was a man in service to others whether it be his wife, family, community members, or to his country.His sacrifices in the caring for his wife and his time as a POW, a debt the United States can never repay, exemplify his dedication.
Our Maker now rewards him for his time here with us, by taking him home and making him whole again. He is loved and will be dearly missed.

To Aunt Pat, our family extends our condolences to you over the loss of your father. He was undoubtedly a great man who gave to his country, community and family. He will be missed.

We thank God for the blessing that Uncle Emil was to our family. I remember especially his quiet manner at family functions....watching everyone have fun and sitting there with that special smile only he had.
Whenever we went to say goodbye to him he always would remind us how much God loved us. Today we are reminded how much God loves him, and now he is enjoying the presence of the God who made him and gave him to us.

There are so many good memories of our family celebrations. I will hold them dearly in my heart.Those are the gifts & the people who shared them that was the greatest gift of all. Uncle Emil served for us & always had a kind word. For that I will always be grateful. God blessed our family in our love for one another.
