Kathleen O’Loughlin, 71

Kathleen Rita O’Loughlin passed away at the Sacred Heart Home in Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.  Kathleen is predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Kathleen O’Loughlin.  Kathleen is survived by her children Theresa Lux (Rob), Patrick Adams (Vivian), and Kellyann Adams.  Kathleen is survived by her four grandchildren:  Patrick Adams, Joanne Adams, Katie Lux and Elizabeth Lux.  Kathleen was a homemaker and returned to work when her children were older.  Kathleen volunteered to teach adults how to read and later worked as the Coordinator for the Delaware County Literacy Council.  In 1990, Kathleen received an award from Governor Bob Casey, Senior for her outstanding work in Literacy.
