Memorial Service ? Is there or was there one ?

So many co-workers from Mirmont Treatment Center have asked if there will be a memorial service for Tom at any time in the future, but we don't have a way to contact his family to find out. There was no funeral director listed in his obituary. How can we ascertain if there is a service planned for our "beloved" Tom?
