May your memories bring Confort.....

At this time of sorrow, may these truths sustain you...
Your loved one will always be as close as a memory,
and the God of all comfort will always be as close as a prayer.

Life is Not How Long, But How well

When we lost someone, our reaction is always, why? God knows BEST. Pastor Williams, as we fondly reference you, your sudden death came to us as a shock realizing the landmark you made within the family and your extended families. The smile, the cordiality, the humility, among others, you demonstrated in your fruitful life to people that you came across. All we can say is that we thank God for the useful, productive, humanitarian and humane life you lived. Life is not how long you spend in this sinful world, but, how well. You lived well. May your gentle soul rest perfectly in the Lord. May God console those you left behind. Condolences from Professor and Mrs. Femi Ajayi and the Family.

When tomorrow starts without me

When tomorrow starts without me,
and I'm not there to see;
If the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn't cry
the way you did today,
while thinking of the many things
we didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you.
And each time you think of me,
I know you will miss me too.
But when tomorrow starts without me,
please try to understand
that an angel came and called my name,
and took me by the hand,
and said my place was ready,
in heaven far above.
And that I'd have to leave behind
all those I dearly love.

But as I turned to walk away,
a tear fell from my eye,
for all my life I'd always thought
I didn't want to die.
I had so much to live for
so much yet to do.
It seemed almost impossible
that I was leaving you.

I thought of all the yesterdays,
the good ones and the bad.
I thought of all the love we shared
and all the fun we had.

If I could relive yesterday,
just even for awhile,
I'd say goodbye and kiss you
and maybe see you smile.

But then I fully realized
that this could never be,
for emptiness and memories
would take the place of me.

And when I thought of worldly things,
I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
my heart was filled with sorrow.

But when I walked through heavens gates,
I felt so much at home,
when God looked down and smiled at me,
from His great golden throne.

He said, "This is eternity,
and all I've promised you.
Today your life on earth has passed,
but here it starts anew.
I promise no tomorrow,
but today will always last.
And since each day's the same day,
there's no longing for the past.

You have been so faithful,
so trusting and so true,
though there were times you did some things,
you knew you shouldn't do.
But you have been forgiven,
and now at last you are free.
So won't you take my hand
and share my life with me?"

So when tomorrow starts without me,
don't think we're far apart...
for every time you think of me,
I'm right here, in your heart

Gone but not forgotten, Rest peace my brother, my friend, Baba mi(baba Ibeji)

“What are some of the feelings that one might feel when a friend passes away. When someone that is special to us is gone it can be difficult to continue living life. Things that were special to you may begin to seem pointless when you don't have that special person to share it with. All of the things that you did together are reminders of the loss that you have suffered. Do yourself a favor and take the time to mourn your loss”.

“And I heard a voice from heaven saying, Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!” (Revelation 14:13). Man of God (MOG), Pastor Arthur Babatunde Williams was always there when called upon for help. He was a good listener and a true brother who added value to the lives of people he served. He is resting in peace by God’s grace and in Jesus name. Amen. I pray we follow his legacy to make life a better place to live for one another.

Gone too soon: Rest In the Lord

Dear Lord, thank you for the life of Pastor Arthur Babatunde Williams. He was a blessing to many as he passed through the land of the living. He made a difference to many and preached the gospel with clarity, purpose and devotion to the word of Almighty God. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. He ran a good race, and he finished well. Rest on my brother, rest in the Lord, rest until we meet again. Thank you Lord, for the wonderful life of your servant, Pastor Arthur Babatunde Williams.
