Rest peacefully dear Glenn

I'm so saddened to learn of Glenn's passing. He was such a kind and gentle soul. I met Glenn while doing an internship in GIS at the NYS Public Service Commission in the 1990s. I can still hear his voice and see his smile. It was a joy to attend his wedding in Philadelphia with his co-work Jonathan Feinberg. That was such a joy filled day. I'm so sorry I lost touch; too many moves. Rest peacefully, dear Glenn, until we meet again. Sending hugs to heaven.

Sincerely,

Sherie Willan

old friend of Glenn's

I first met Glenn when he moved to Yonkers from the Bronx in 1965 and was in my 5th grade class @ PS 28. We went through junior high and high school together. Glenn lived up the street from me and we became good friends. I remember going to his house after school and listening to Bill Cosby comedy albums. We were in Boy Scouts together for a few years. I'll miss Glenn's humor and laughter. We went to a few George Carlin concerts together in NYC and in Philly. Glenn went to college @ Haverford and I went to Villanova a few miles away.

We drifted apart after college and lost touch. I'm sorry I didn't stay closer to Glenn, I'll miss him. He was a kind and gentle soul. May God bless him and his family.

Dearest Glenn, may you truly rest in peace. You were the most gentle man and colleague I've known. I met Glenn in 1982 when I began working for the PSC in the NYC office. Glenn was extremely patient and had an answer or found an answer to any question I asked. After an interlude between jobs, I had the privilege of working with Glenn, this time in Albany. His passion for the public we served was very evident. He'd often stop by my desk to ask how my family was. And, he continued to advise me when I approached him. I pray that Glenn's family may find strength in the memories of good times they had shared. Heaven has gained an angel for sure.

I am so very sorry to hear about Glenn's passing. I had the pleasure of sitting next to Glenn for a number of years when we worked in Consumer Advocacy. He was intelligent, always helpful and such a caring human being. Glenn had a distinct laugh that I could often hear on the other side of the cubicle wall and it made me smile. I have many fond memories of Glenn. He loved his son, Gab. My sympathy to his family.

Glenn and I worked together at the PSC- Albany Office and continued as friends after my retirement in 1995. I remember attending his wedding in Philadelphia, his moving in to his condo in Cohoes. The last time we were together was in Schenectady shortly before I moved back to NJ. He was an extremely intelligent person - always worried about how his son was doing.
These fond memories I will always carry with me. Thom Coates

Glenn was one of my favorite PSC attorneys. I remember him for his intelligence, his being a Yale law school graduate, his laughter, love of his son, love of jazz , stylish suits and those fancy brown cigarettes. May his soul rest in peace.

Glenn was a pleasure to know and work with. It's been a long time but I only have fond memories and many smart and spirited debates. His heart and soul were always with those who needed a helping hand.
